Dr. Frances Marie de la Pena

I am excited to serve as Assistant Principal of Kirby Middles School. I have been an educator for 24 years. This year marked my 11th year in Judson ISD and this is my 6th year as an Assistant Principal. My roles and responsibilities include Campus Testing Coordinator, Math, and Fine Arts.  I believe in teamwork and reaching goals that demonstrate growth and success. I believe that ALL of our scholars can succeed in their academic and social-emotional abilities. I do my best to be a Servant Leader by being a role model, coach, guide, good listener, and empowering others every day. I am proud to be a part of the Falcon Family where I get to grow others and myself. Watch us GROW as Kirby Falcons in 2023-2024!
