Judson Learning Academy (JLA) is celebrating a successful milestone after completing the first three full days of the 2026–2027 school year, with scholars already demonstrating determination, responsibility, and a commitment to success.

From the moment students arrived on campus, the excitement for learning has been evident. Throughout the week, scholars actively participated in classroom activities, connected with their teachers, and embraced the expectations that will guide them toward graduation and future success.

One of the highlights of the week was ensuring every scholar is prepared for learning. Students received and organized essential school supplies, prepared their Chromebooks for daily instruction, and developed routines that will help them stay focused and productive as they head into the first full week of instruction.

"This week was about more than just starting school," said Assistant Principal Dr. de la Pena. "It was about building confidence, creating positive habits, and helping every scholar understand that they are capable of achieving great things. We are proud of how our students have embraced this new beginning."

Adding to the excitement, JLA scholars are learning in a school recognized for academic excellence. Judson Learning Academy proudly earned an A Rating for the 2025–2026 school year, reflecting the dedication of its students, faculty, staff, families, and community partners. This achievement reinforces the school's commitment to providing a supportive environment where every student has the opportunity to grow, recover credits, graduate, and prepare for college, careers, or military service.

The partnership with the Simon Youth Foundation (SYF) continues to strengthen opportunities for JLA scholars by supporting programs that encourage academic achievement, personal growth, and graduation success.

As Monday approaches, JLA scholars are ready with:
